Get Rid Of Fibroids And Get Pregnant Naturally

In this issue of my newsletter I would like to talk about a natural approach to the treatment of fibroids. I often get questions from women who have fibroids and are trying to conceive. All of them want to know what they can do to prevent surgery and if having fibroids will affect their ability to get pregnant.

Uterine fibroids are also called leiomyomas are estrogen-dependent benign tumors. Their growth and development is stimulated by excess estrogen in your body.

If you have fibroids and want to have a baby, you need to follow a complete fertility protocol specifically designed for women who are trying to conceive because having fibroids can affect not just your ability to conceive, but also your pregnancy. Once you get pregnant, fibroids can enlarge rapidly, especially during early pregnancy, causing severe pain as the uterus grows and affecting natural childbirth.

A natural protocol to treat fibroids should be followed for at least 3-6 months depending on the severity of the symptoms, the size, the number and location of the fibroids.

To treat fibroids naturally before conception, I recommend the FibroWise Remedy Kit Protocol

This program uses a combination of therapies like herbal remedies, natural progesterone therapy, DIM supplementation, fertility cleanse and self-fertility massage. This gives a 360-degree approach to the treatment of fibroids in preparation for pregnancy.

Let's take a closer look at these therapies and find out how they can help women with fibroids who want to avoid surgery and achieve natural conception.

Herbal Remedies For Female Reproductive Health

The following herbal ingredients are part of this program and are used to treat hormonal imbalance, irregular periods, uterine dysfunction, endometriosis, ovarian cysts, PMS, painful menses, and heavy bleeding.
1. Goldenseal is used to support the immune system.

2. Jamaican dogwood treats painful menses as it has aspirin-like qualities.

3. Red raspberry leaf is a very effective uterine tonic and has an affinity for the uterine muscles.

4. Don quai is used to balance estrogen in the body and create hormonal harmony.

5. Protease enzyme has the ability break down excess tissue, adhesion, fibroid tissue and debris present in the uterus.

Natural Progesterone Therapy

This type of therapy is based on Dr .Lee, M.D. research and clinical experience. He has developed a very effective treatment protocol to help women with fibroids and who suffer from estrogen dominance. Doctors have now come to the conclusion that uterine fibroids growth and develop faster when there is excess estrogen in the body. Having excess estrogen puts you in a state of "estrogen dominance," which is directly connected with the formation of fibroids, cysts and endometriosis. The first step in reducing fibroids is to counteract the negative effects of excess estrogen by applying 40mg of natural progesterone on your skin (palm of hands and feet, neck and chest area) for 2-3 months on days 14 - 28 of your cycle.

Bioidentical progesterone or natural progesterone is made in the lab with using Mexican wild yams as raw material. It is safe to take because it's the same molecule that your body produces, not like synthetic hormones which are modified from the natural molecule causing dangerous side effects as they are not compatible with human biology.

By applying progesterone during the luteal phase of your cycle (after ovulation), you support the corpus luteum and embryo implantation and development. When you supplement with natural progesterone, you naturally balance estrogen levels. As progesterone levels increase, estrogen levels decrease and hormonal balance is reached. When this happens, fibroid growth is no longer stimulated by estrogen and they naturally shrink in size until they disappear over a period of a few cycles.

DIM Supplementation

DIM is a substance that is present in cruciferous vegetable like broccoli. It has been clinically proven to lower excess estrogen at it has been studied for its positive effects in treating tumor of the breast and uterus. It balances the hormones by breaking down estrogen and removing it from the body. Because the concentration of estrogen receptors in fibroid tissue is higher than in other organs, cleansing the body of excess estrogen stops fibroids growth. Research has shown that DIM helps to breakdown tumor-stimulating estrogen to a non-toxic form. It is now recommended for the treatment and prevention of estrogen-dependent tumors like breast and uterus.

Fertility Cleanse

Herbal remedies are very effective in helping the liver get rid of excess bad estrogen. The fertility cleanse is not only designed to cleanse the liver but also the uterus. I strongly believe that every couple before getting pregnant should do a fertility cleanse to eliminate years of toxic build up that may affect not only egg and sperm quality but especially embryo development.

Self Fertility Massage

Anyone can learn this simple therapy by watching a DVD that has been designed to provide step by step instructions to do self-fertility massage, castor oil pack and reflexology. These natural techniques are very powerful and have been proven to treat fibroids and other infertility issues naturally.

Using these very effective natural techniques and therapies can help you:

1. Shrink and completely break down fibroids within a number of cycles
2. Increase fertility by supporting hormonal and reproductive health
3. Help prevent the need of surgery
