Expert Advice on Natural Fertility

AMH levels

I am currently being treated by a fertility specialist. My husband and I are very much open to natural help. I have a low AMH level and have just suffered my first miscarriage. The conception was natural and I made it at least 6 weeks with a heartbeat on ultrasound at 6 weeks. My doctor is worried that my low AMH level and egg quality is the culprit with my miscarriage. From reading on the internet it appears very little can be done to improve AMH levels. What do you think? My other numbers (FSH and antral follicle count) were OK.

Increase Anti-mullerian Hormone Levels Narually
by: Maria Gioia Atzori

The Anti Mullerian Hormone test has been used to identify the health and quality of the eggs. It does not tell you that you cannot conceive naturally and have a healthy pregnancy, it simply indicates that the quality of your eggs is diminishing and that you are most likely not a good candidate for fertility treatments because your ovaries will not respond well to ovarian stimulation using fertility drugs.

From a natural point of you, if you are ovulating you can get pregnant naturally. The fact that you conceived, but miscarried indicated a state of weakness that can be improved through dietary changes, fertility vitamins, homeopathy, herbal medicine, fertility exercise like yoga plus meditation and relaxation techniques.

If you want to try using a natural approach I would recommend reading this article . A good way to start is with rel the Improve Egg Health Kit.

Fertility Blessings!
