Anteverse Uterus & Fertility

by Vani
(India, Andhrapradesh)

I'm Vani of 26 and my husband Hari is 27. We got married one year ago and ever since we haven't used any medicine to prevent pregnancy but I haven't conceived at this time.

I'm a working woman and from the last five months we have been trying to conceive and recently we met with the doctor and had some tests done. My husband's sperm count is 62million and my blood report is also shows having no problem and my haemoglobin is 12.3gms no other complications.

My periods are regular and on the thirteenth day of my menstrual cycle, an ultrasound scan was made and the results are as follows:

Uterus: normal in size and shape anteverted and midline in position no focal.

Ovaries: both are normal in appearance with parenchymal echotexture both are seen with follicles with variable sizes.

Dominant follicle measured about 15x14mm in right ovary

Ok this is the report and she said that the growth of the eggs is low and she gave me a prescription medication, but I didn't conceived and my question or doubt is:

Is it a big problem for me to conceive" And is there in any solution by changing my food habits in order to conceive naturally? Please, give me the clearest explanation possible.
Thank you!

Anteverted uterus will normally not interfere with your ability to get pregnant. The uterus can be tipped forward, towards the bladder (anteverted) or tipped backwards towards the spine (retroverted). Neither is the reason for infertility, even if retroverted uterus is often due to endometrial lining present outside the uterus.

If everything else looks normal, there is no reason why you should not be able to conceive soon. You have been actively trying for the past 5 months, you simply need to keep trying. You are in your twenties and you will be able to conceive soon.

One thing that I would recommend is to supplement with fertility vitamins to help you make healthy eggs and to support ovulation. A lack of minerals and vitamins in your diet can cause lower fertility. In my opinion fertility vitamins should be taken for 3-4 months before resorting to fertility drugs, which can cause serious side effects. This is a more natural and more effective approach to many cases, especially in younger couples. The fact that you are under 35 gives you a lot of hope.

I would recommend FertileAid products.

FertilAid was developed by leading fertility expert, Dr. Amos Grunebaum, ObGyn, to help optimize fertility safely and naturally, while delivering all of the essential nutrients needed to ensure the best chances of conception.
The reason why I recommend these vitamins is because they contain scientifically-validated herbal ingredients and the most complete formula of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. FertilAid for women contains important nutrients like folic acid and vitex to help regulate hormonal balance and improve ovulatory cycles. The men's formula includes the amino acid l-carnitine, zinc and selenium to help increase sperm health.

Also, make sure to download my FREE Guide To Fertility Charting and Natural Conception. This will show you how to detect ovulation and plan sex accordingly. By supplementing with vitamins and maximizing love making for conception, you will be able to get pregnant soon.

Fertility Blessings!
