Boost Fertility

by Issy Mars
(Athens)

I have had free intercourse for a couple of years, but really trying, with monitor etc. for 3 months. I haven't been able to conceive and wonder whether my party years and use of weed can have an effect and if so, if there would be a special treatment to detox. All exams show I'm fine, husband's also. I am 36 and my husband is 38.

Thanks

Hi Athens,

A fertility detox is an excellent idea. In fact, many couples who have been diagnosed with unexplained infertility have successfully conceived after following a fertility cleanse.

Years of unhealthy life style choices may decrease fertility in both man and women as a result of mineral deficiencies.

That's why it is important to make sure to increase the intake of fertility foods like Maca, Royal Jelly and CoQ10 to stimulate healthy ovulation.

Read my article on fertility vitamins.

Detoxing in preparation for conception is always a very good idea and more and more fertility experts recommend this natural approach.

Detox helps your body eliminate toxins that have been accumulated in your body tissues over the years. Toxins can come from many different sources like prescription medications, immunizations, antibiotic, recreational drugs, food additives, pesticides, cosmetics, hormones etc.

There are many types of detox: bowel detox, liver detox, parasite detox, etc. These types of detox are very useful and are often recommended for those who exhibit toxicity symptoms of gastro-intestinal disorders or that simply want to keep their body as clean as possible.

For couples who are preparing to conceive, I would recommend following a fertility cleanse, which has been specifically formulated in preparation for a healthy pregnancy.

Before conception, cleansing is recommended both form men and women.

For women, this cleansing kit contains herbal remedies that help the body eliminate excess hormones that can cause hormonal imbalance or interfere with regular menstrual cycles.

The herbs also support the liver and help cleanse the uterus from hold stagnant blood. This allows for healthy embryo implantation and baby development once the pregnancy is established.

If your husband wants to do a fertility cleanse, this one will help support his body eliminate toxins that can iterfere with the production of healthy sperm.

Performing a fertility cleanse for one month before trying to conceive is recommended.

Many Blessings!
