Can I Get Pregnant With Homeopathy?

I have been diagnosed with PCOS from the age of 15.I was under treatment from then till now.Initially i took allopathy and later on homeopathy, I toggled between the two. I had a pregnancy before marriage and unfortunately I was not able to keep that and I had a surgical abortion.

After that my periods became irregular. I've got married now and I am taking homeopathy medicines and my cycle seems to be regular for the past 2 months.
Does that surgical abortion affect my pregnancy in any case?
Can I get pregnant? Please clarify whether the surgical abortion cause any side effects that prevents my pregnancy.

Whether homeopathy is effective in healing it?
