Castor Oil Packs and Fertility Massage
by Noorrina
Hi, I have bought the castor oil pack and the fertility massage DVD a while ago. My questions are: I have been doing the castor oil therapy just a while after dinner since it is the only moment I can. Is it safe to do it just after dinner? Moreover, I am experiencing some stomach pain and uneasiness. Is it linked to the castor oil therapy? Can you please propose the best time to perform the castor oil pack? In the DVD, there is a reflexology session. Can it be done anytime of the day, like for example during a lunch break at the office (since I have really a very busy schedule). Thanks Answer: The best time to do castor oil packs is on an empty stomach, 1 hour before meals or 2-3 hours after eating. If you do them after you eat it is possible to experience the symptoms you describe because castor oil has a mild detox effect. Castor oil is thought to increase the health of the peyer's patches, which are lymphatic tissue in the small intestines, then increase the absorption of fatty acids, which are essential ingredients for tissue growth and repair and the formation of hormones. If you have a fatty meal and do castor oil right after eating it can cause you nausea as you gall bladder will be stimulated to release more bile salts to digest the fat. Reflexology can be done at any time, but make sure you can totally relaxed when you do it. Fertility blessings! |
