I want to conceive and trying for six months but I am unable to conceive. I am a lactating mother. What should I do in order to conceive? Should I improve my diet? Or what else?

Getting Pregnant While Nursing

Not all women are fertile while they are nursing. In order to know if you can get pregnant while still breastfeeding your child, you need to chart your basal body temperature (fertility charting) and determine if and when you are ovulating.

If you are ovulating regularly around day 14 you can get pregnant while breastfeeding. If you ovulate late, let's say around day 16-18, your are experiencing delayed ovulation, which will increase the chances of miscarriage. In this case you should increase fertility foods into your diet like Royal Jelly and CoQ10. Follow a healthy diet and take a daily fertility smoothie.

This is very important because while nursing your body need additional vitamins. If you think you might be lacking important vitamins continue to take prenatal vitamins on a daily bases.
