Conceiving with Both Fallopian Tubes Removed

I have had both my Fallopian tubes removed, I've already had 2 ectopic pregnancies before my tubes were removed, due to an infection I have my husband and I can only use a condom when making love and I inseminate myself when I'm ovulating, do I have any chance of having a child now,I'm 35yrs old ?

If you have had both your Fallopian tubes removed, the only option for you is to do IVF and your chances of getting pregnant as still good at age 35 as long has your ovarian reserve is adequate. I would recommend lerning more about preparing for IVF in order to increase the changes of having a successfun in vitro cycle.
