Conception Tea And Fertility Smoothie
(Fairfield, CT USA)
I just came upon your website. I have been trying to get pregnant for almost 4 years. I am 37 years old and my husband is 42 years old. The only thing the doctors found 2 years ago was mild endometriosis, but were not very concerned about it because it was so minimal.
The first couple of years we tried mostly natural enhancements working with my naturopath and we didn't get pregnant. Then we went the fertility drug route. We have done three IUIs with injections and we are still not pregnant.
I was thinking of trying your tea and smoothies, but I noticed in the smoothies there have wheat and dairy products and I have a sensitivity to both. Any suggestions of other things to use as replacements for wheat and dairy?
Herbal remedies like those in conception tea
are very helpful in supporting women who are trying to conceive. This tea has been formulated to support ovulation, maintain hormonal balance, nourish the uterus and the fallopian tubes in preparation for pregnancy.
If you have a little endometriosis consider following the endometriosis diet
I believe that this is key in increasing your chances of conception.
If you are sensitive to dairy and wheat, try this fertility smoothie recipe, I am sure you will like it:Maca
powder (1 teaspoon)
Alive Bee Power Royal Jelly
Cashew butter or other nut butter you like (1 tablespoon)
1/4 cup of frozen or fresh berries
Almond milk (1 cup)
Mix well in a blender and drink at least once daily to boost both male and female fertility.
