Determining Ovulation for Conception
by: Maria Gioia Atzori

When counting ovulation you can use a fertility days calculator. It is very important to consider two factors: the length of your menstrual cycle and the length of your luteal phase. If you have a very regular cycle, this method works fairly well even if you may not exactly ovulate at the same time every month. There are some factors to consider when counting ovulation, these are:
1. Stress
2. Poor sleep
3. Seasonal changes
5. Alcohol intake
6. Medications

The above situations can in fact delay ovulation.

The best way to know when you are ovulating, especially if you have irregular menses or suffer from PCOS is to use Ovacue fertility monitor.

Many blessing!
