Do Fertility Vitamins Expire?

Question:

I have a bottle of fertility blend and the expiration date says 5/2010. Is it safe to use or should I throw it out?

Answer:

Throw them out! All vitamins and herbal remedies do expire! Even if they are natural, they do go bad.

Over time their will lose their potency and you will not be getting the benefits of it. Some go rancid or become light sensitive, become to have a bad smell, etc.

Avoid any problems by getting rid of them.

In order to try to conceive you need the best high quality vitamins you can find to give your baby the best start in life.

Vitamins increase fertility and are very important to help support ovulation, cervical mucus production and support healthy embryo implantation.
