Expert Advice on Natural Fertility

Do you think is too late for me to get pregnant?

Hello.I'm 38 years old and ttc for 8 years. When I was 35 my ER told me I had under-active thyroid, high FSH levels (13.1),low AMH levels 1.5 (diminished ovarian reserve) low progesterone levels and one tube a little obstructed. I did 2 cycles of IVF.

The first one they retrieved only 3 eggs and one fertilized, that cycle failed. The second IVF was seven months later, I took acupuncture 6 months prior, took royal jelly, antioxidants, dhea, organics foods, spirulina and wheat grass, that cycle they retrieved 13 eggs, 10 fertilized and 3 was transferred.

I got pregnant and miscarried at 9 weeks. Then ER told me my next step was eggs donor. One and a half year ago my FSH was 18 and AMH 1.4.I took one year off without going to ER because I was super depressed and sad.

Now I found your web and I want to know if I have a little hope to get pregnant with your web and advices.

Please I need your help.Thanks.

Get Started With Fertility Cleanse
by: Maria Gioia Atzori

It's definitely not to late for you to get pregnant. It is going to take some effort though.

Reading your story made me think that your body is most likely out of balance due to toxicity. I would recommend doing a fertility cleanse for at least 3 months. This will help your body not only to eliminate the toxins that are causing your hormonal imbalance but also to counteract the side effects of the fertility treatments.

When you did acupuncture and took fertility foods your body was able to produce more eggs and with the IVF you got pregnant.

If you can do it again, but without the drugs, you will stay pregnant and deliver a healthy baby.

After cleansing, the next step would be to increase the quality of your eggs with vitamins specific nutrients like Maca, royal jelly, anti-oxidants, L-arginine.

You can also add a very powerful techniques of fertility massage. This will stimulated your body to reach reproductive balance and increase your fertility tremendously in a very short period of time.

I am confident that your will notice great improvement in your general health, your periods and your ovulation patterns.

Acidophilus & Friendly Bacteria
by: Maria Gioia Atzori

Hi,

Supplementing with friendly bacteria while doing a Candida Detox is an excellent idea.

Acidophilus and other lactobacilli are considered friendly because they produce nutrients like B vitamins and enzymes. Enzymes help the digestion of proteins, carbohydrates, and fats.

Friendly bacteria help create an environment that prevents harmful bacteria from multiplying and keep in balance the flora of the intestine and vagina.

I would recommend Bio-5 Probiotic Blend from Native Remedies.

Contains more than just one species of friendly bacteria:

Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium infantis and Bacillus coagulans.

Pantothenic Acid, vitamin B5 a grow factor necessary for bacteria to multiply.

Fructooligosaccharides (FOS) necessary to feed the bacteria so they can grow once in your intestine.

Probiotic supplements can be taken on an empty stomach or with food. I recommend taking one dose in the morning on an empty stomach (30 minutes before eating) with a glass of water and then at lunch or at dinner with food.

Many Blessings!
