I am a patient of chocolate cyst formed in my left ovary. I have operated it once before two years but it has reformed again.
Now it has effected the right ovary and bladder also. I have also done follicular study after taking medicine of ovulation but I found follicles are not growing.
For last four years I am trying to conceive but have not succeeded. I have pain almost the entire month in the left side of stomach. (Upper as well as lower left abdomen).
My question is can I be able to conceive? Is there any chance? Which type of treatment I should done so that my all prob may solve.
Sushmita Ayan SenAnswer:
Endometriosis on the ovaries forms from cells from the uterus that migrate from the uterus to the ovaries.
These cells form cysts on the ovaries, which are called chocolate cysts because the appear dark in color due to the fact that the endometrial tissue responds to hormonal stimulation during the menstrual cycle. Because these tissue on the ovaries cannot shed through normal menstruation, it stays on the ovaries and forms inflammation and scar tissue leading to pain.
If this type of ovarian cyst ruptures, the material made of endometrial
cells can spill over into the pelvic cavity to the bowels and the urinary bladder.
The results of this is the formation of adhesions that cause pelvic pain, just like you are experiencing now.
The natural treatment of these cysts is the same as endometriosis.
It is also very important to follow a diet that avoids red meats, dairy, and animal fats.
Also avoiding hormone-like compounds that are present in plastic and unpurified water is very important. These compounds mimic the action of estrogen in the body, that is known to stimulate endometrial tissue to grow.
When these compounds enter your body, they displace the natural estrogen your body produces and bind to the estrogen receptors sites more strongly than natural estrogen. Because of this your own estrogen levels increase.
Any herbal treatment involves:
1. Supporting the immune system to eliminate endometrial tissue.
2. Decrease inflammation.
3. Increase circulation to the reproductive organs.
4. Detoxify the liver to help eliminate excess estrogen.
5. Address the pain.
If you are looking for a natural approach to endometriosis and hopefully be able to get pregnant, I recommend the EndoWise Fertility Kit
This kit contains all the nutrients your body needs to heal from endometriosis.
Consider following this protocol for 3-6 months before seeing results.
