Endometriosis Ovarian Cyst

I am a patient of chocolate cyst formed in my left ovary. I have operated it once before two years but it has reformed again. Now it has effected the right ovary and bladder also. I have also done follicular study after taking medicine of ovulation but I found follicles are not growing. For last four years I am trying to conceive but have not succeeded. I have pain almost the entire month in the left side of stomach. (Upper as well as lower left abdomen)

My question is can I be able to conceive? Is there any chance? Which type of treatment I should done so that my all prob may solve.
