Fastest Way to Get Pregnant With Endometriosis

by Anna Go

I just recently got a laparoscopy to remove endometrial adhesions and I would like to get pregnant already. My cycle is quite short, I only have a 25 day cycle, and I feel my cervical mucus is not too much.

How can I get pregnant in the fastest manner? How can I strengthen my immune system?

Please let me know :)

by: Maria Gioia Atzori

Once the endometrial adhesions have been removed it is very important to allow enought time for healing to occur (1-2 months).
There are many aspect related to fertility and endometriosis, when trying to conceive:

1. Following a endometriosis diet and avoid xenoestrogen.

2. Avoiding exercising during the mentrual period.

3. Perform fertility yoga (avoid inverted poses during the menses).

4. Avoiding red meat, milk and soy products.

5. Taking fertility vitamins.

6. Taking herbal remedies containing Vitex agnus castus to support the luteal phase preventing luteal phase defect.

7. Use a fertility monitor to detect ovulation and monitor hormonal fluctuations.

8. The Endometriosis Fertility Kit is recommended for women with endometriosis who are trying to conceive. It helps clear the body from excess endometrial tissue, balance the hormones, bring circulation to the reproductive system, and prepare the body for conception.
