Fastest Way to Get Pregnant With Endometriosis

I just recently got a laparoscopy to remove endometrial adhesions and I would like to get pregnant already. My cycle is quite short, I only have a 25 day cycle, and I feel my cervical mucus is not too much.

How can I get pregnant in the fastest manner? How can I strengthen my immune system?

Once the endometrial adhesions have been removed it is very important to allow enought time for healing to occur (1-2 months).
There are many aspect related to fertility and endometriosis, when trying to conceive:

1. Following a endometriosis diet and avoid xenoestrogen.

2. Avoiding exercising during the mentrual period.

3. Perform fertility yoga (avoid inverted poses during the menses).

4. Avoiding red meat, milk and soy products.
