Expert Advice on Natural Fertility

FertilAid for Women

by Michelle
(Denver, Colorado)

Is FertilAid for women good for PCOS? I have been diagnosed with this condition and I do not ovulate every month. I have had irregular menses since I came off the birth control pill and I have been trying to conceive for one year now. SO, both my husband and I did a fertility work up and he is fine but I have polycystic ovaries.

I have been reading about FertilAid for women and how it can help those with PCOS get pregnant. Can you explain why FertilAid for women works over just taking prenatal vitamins instead?

Thank you,

Michelle

FertilAid for PCOS
by: Maria Gioia Atzori

FertilAid for women can be helpful in cases of irregular menses due to polycystic ovaries. FertilAid for PCOS is helpful because it contains not only important and key fertility vitamins and minerals every woman needs while trying to conceive, but it also contain key herbs that have been clinically proven to stimulate and support healthy ovulation addressing infertility caused by polycystic ovaries, short luteal phase, and irregular periods.

These herbs have been used my medical herbalist of both Easter and Western herbalism for centuries.

The most important herb is Vitex Agnus Castus, which stimulates ovulation and support the second phase of the menstrual cycle. Women who have PCOS often do not ovulate (anovulatory cycles) or have delayed ovulation often paired with a short luteal phase (less then 10 days long). The result is either the inability to conceive because the ovary does not release the egg, or the embryo does not have enough time to implant itself in the uterine lining because the luteal phase needs to be at least 10-12 days, preferably 14 days long in order to survive. Read this article for more information about Vitex, Infertility and PCOS.

Another important herb is Siberian Ginseng, which is used in herbal medicine to tone uterine muscles and support healthy uterine function. This helps cleanse the uterus from any debris and allow healthy implantation.

Red Clover regulates estrogen and contains calcium and magnesium important for stress release.

Ginko Biloba is also part of this fertility enhancing formula because increased blood circulation and blood flow to the reproductive organs while performing a cleansing and antioxidant function.

With FertilAid for women, there is no need to buy an additional prenatal supplement, but once you get pregnant you should switch to pregnancy vitamins like Prenatal Plus.

I hope this helps answering your question. For more information, visit FertilAid for women review page and read what other women have to say about this product.
