I am 45 years old, I have fibroids & endometriosis & I have never conceived. I was wondering if doing this fertility cleanse will remove the fibroids to give fertility a chance to take place?
Also, I need assistance finding out exactly when the 18th day of my cycle is because I have irregular menstrual cycles due to the fibroids & endometriosis.

Doing a fertility cleanse will help you to get things started in releasing excess estrogen, which is one of the main causes of fibroids growth and endometriosis development. Doing the cleanse also helps achieve overall homonal balance aiding in regulating the mentrual cycle.

To naturally decrease and eliminate fibroids it can take months and it is important to consider doing Castor Oil Therapy and Fertility Massage.
Also, decrease eating red meat, dairy and too much gluten and any animal product that may contain estrogen.

Absolutely avoid cooking in microwave ovens using plastic containaires. Use glass or ceramic, if you really have to. This is the best way also to know when you are ovulating and target love making more effectively.
