I am currently a 39 year old female with very High FSH level, poor ovarian reserve, peri-menopausal and it seems I have not been ovulating for almost a year. Prior to this, I was pregrant for the first time in January 2010 and the doctors had to induce labor when I was 15 weeks pregnant due to what seemed to be an infection that I contracted in the uterus.
As per my doctors my only options for having a baby are through an egg donor or adoption. However, I would like to continue trying naturally before taking on those choices.
What herbs/treatment you recommend for my condition?
Should I start with the fertility cleanse or the improve my egg health kit?
Your advise is much appreciated.

Starting Ovulation Again

It is very important that your body resumes ovulation, otherwise you will not be able to conceive naturally.
The fertility cleanse (read here about the reason why most women who suffer from infertility need cleansing) is definately the best way to start followed by the PCOS kit which contains the herb Vitex and progesterone cream that together help stimulate oulation, lower FSH and hopefully establish a period. The herb Vitex should be taken for at least 4-6 months or even longer. The PCOS kit is recommended when a woman does not ovulate for long periods of time or has very small follicles that do not develop leading to anovulatory cycles.

Once ovulation is established, the EggKit will be indicated to help support ovulation and increase egg quality.
