I am 31 years old. I have been trying to conceive for the past 5 years, but I have had no success.

I am now trying IUI, but my eggs do not rupture properly.

So, what can I do to increase my chances of conceiving?

The first step is trying to get pregnant is to chart your menstrual cycle. I strongly recommend you start doing this as soon as possible because you need to know if in fact you are ovulation.

If the eggs will not rupture at ovulation, you will not be able to conceive that month. The risk of having an unouvulatory cycle is the formation of small ovarian cysts that can lead to polycystic ovaries.

By charting your cycle you will not for sure if and when you ovulate.

There is so much you can do in order to increase the health of your ovaries and in order to stimulate healthy ovulation each month.

For example, make sure to eat fertility foods and supplements like Maca, CoQ10 and Royal Jelly.
Maca is extremely important in increasing progesterone production and support ovulation.

The herbal remedy containing Vitex, Fertile XX for women, helps stimulate the pituitary gland to increase the production of luteinizing hormone, thus stimulating ovulation to occur. In fact LH surge in the menstrual cycle always precedes a release of the egg from the ovary.
Women who have low LH production, do not ovulate regularly.

In many cases, stress also plays an important factor. Try to find ways to decrease you stress level by practicing yoga. Yoga increases fertility while decreasing stress levels.

Fertility Blessings!
