Getting Pregnant Pregnant At 43

by SHA
(Karnataka)

My age is 43 and my husband’s age is 44. We got married 8 months ago, but I am not pregnant yet. My husband’s sperm test is OK. Tell me how I can get pregnant?

Answer:

Dear Sha,

Given your age, it’s very important that you work on making healthy eggs and support the ovulation process.

I would recommend following the fertility cleanse for two months. Do not try to conceive while doing this cleanse, as the toxins released by your body may affect the developing embryo if you get pregnant.

After the cleanse is completed, follow the protocol of the Improve Egg Health Kit to help your body make good healthy eggs for at least 4 months. You can try to conceive while on this kit.

The Improve Egg Health Kit is designed to help increase the health of your eggs in preparation for conception. This kit has all the fertility vitamins, minerals, amino acids, fertility super-foods, and nutrients to help create reproductive wellness, and specifically ovarian tissue and egg health.

While on this protocol also, include the Prep Pregnancy herbs to support regular ovulation cycles and help you get pregnant faster.

Pregnancy Prep is an herbal blend for women who want to boost their fertility and increase their chances of conception. The herbs in this blend help to:

1. Stimulate healthy ovulation cycles.

2. Support embryo implantation.

3. Tone the uterus.

4. Increase circulation to the ovaries, uterus sand fallopian tubes.

5. Strengthen the endometrium or lining of the uterus.

6. Normalize estrogen and progesterone levels.

It is Ok to try to conceive while taking these herbs. Make sure to chart your cycle in order to have sex at the right time to increase your chances of conceiving each month.

If you are not able to conceive in six months while on this protocol, consult with a fertility expert.

Fertility Blessings!
