Sepia:
Among all the homeopathic remedies for morning sickness, Sepia is the most prescribed.  This remedy helps most cases of morning sickness that manifests as an empty sensation in the stomach. The nausea may come and go and you feel better by eating food, but the smell of food makes you worse.

The typical cravings of Sepia are for sour and salty foods. Mentally and emotionally you feel moody, sad and very tired. You prefer to be left alone, especially by your family. If you have other kids, they make make you irritable because you feel so worn out and can't cope with the demands of motherhood.  You may feel worse in the morning before eating, then better by eating, but still vomit afterwards.

Tabacum:
This homeopathic remedy is used to treat morning sickness associated with dizziness. You may also look very pale or even have cold sweats. Moving around makes your morning sickness worse and you prefers to stay still with your eyes closed.

Whether changes, like going into the cold from a warm room, may aggravate your nausea. Some women experience heart palpitations. Mentally you feel always of unhappy and your mood is not the greatest.

There is a marked aggravation from the smell of tobacco smoke, even the tiniest smell will aggravate terribly. The stomach is very acidic and the general feel of morning sickness is similar to seasickness with vomiting and water brush.

Symphoricarpus racemosa:
This is the leading remedy for severe morning sickness that involves constant nausea and vomiting. Everything makes the woman sick and she feels worse from any motion. There is an aversion to food and loss of weight during the beginning of the pregnancy and offered allopathic medication due to the severity of the case. The smell of food makes you sick, but you feel better by lying on your back.

Ipecacuanha:
This remedy is characterized by constant nausea and vomiting which gives no relief. You tend to be worse from rich fatty foods, which you may crave. You also retch after drinking something cold. You may be very sensitive to cold and heat. In your mouth you may have a bitter sweat taste with lots of saliva. The nausea feels better by closing your eyes

Magnesium carbonicum:
This remedy helps you if you feel very weak and have lots of digestive discomfort like nausea, heartburn, gas, sour burping and liver or gall bladder problems. The nausea comes mostly after eating and there is no vomiting. Mentally you may feel weepy and generally you may tend to be sweaty more than usual.

Phosphorus:
Phosphorus is a great remedy for vomiting right after drinking cold water, which is vomited as soon as it warms up in the stomach. There is a desire for cold food and drink like juicy and refreshing things.
