How To Conceive A Boy

In order to conceive a baby boy it is important eat an alkaline diet.
Here is a brief list of things you can do in order to conceive a boy:

1. Avoid dairy products.
2. Vegetables: carrots, red radish, fresh red beets
3. Eat fresh fruits like bananas, figs, cherries, and fresh lemons
4. Eat Kamut pasta, brown rice and Spelt bread
5. Eat Lentils once or twice a week
6. Eat avocado, pine nuts, almonds, , alfalfa grass, barley grass, sprouted seeds, wheatgrass.
7. Eat less red meat and moderate amounts of white meat.
8. Drink lots of water that is alkaline by adding Himalayan salts.
9. Learn how to juice and drink juices vegetables each day: apple, celery, carrot and beats.
10. Every morning make a fertility smoothie
