How to increase quantity and quality of eggs?

My doctor recently cancelled our IVF cycle because they found no eggs on day 9 of the stimulants. They said my ovaries were a little on the small side. My medications consisted of Gonal-F in which I took 300ml for day 1 and 2, then 225 thereafter. I was also taking Menapur. I forgot the dosage. and 2.5 units of Lupron. They will be putting me on the maximum dosage this next time around. What else do you recommend I can do to increase the quantity and quality of my eggs? I am 38 years old.
