How to shrink fibroids and increase fertility for IVF?

Good Morning,My situation is the following one: I am 48 amd I have already carried out two operations on my fibromes, I had two Fecondation in vitro without results. The last echography which dated August 11, 2008 watch: " The presence of two myomateuses masses in the funds uterine, approximately 10 and 9 cm diameter. Not pathological echostruture in the Douglas one and annexielles zones; the spectrum Doppler and artery myométriale is of normooestrogenic type”.
I give some details that I have: Fibromateux uterus (womb) :
increased volume, estimated at 14,25 X 10,34 X 8,34 with embossed contours (bend), rehandling (restructuring) of the architecture of the myometer. The right ovary measures 3,79 and presents a liquid image of 2,45 cm; Left ovary difficult to individualize.
Conclusion :
- increased fibromateux uterus of volume;
- cyst of the right ovary;
- not of obstructive syndrome of the left pyelo-calicielles cavities
- stercoral stasis along the framework coli
- a myomectomy of the uterine 6 (six) years ago

My Husband is 45. We ardently wish to have a child. Thank you for your answer and to say to me what is possible (the best solution by taking account of this situation).
We plan to go somewhere (maybe in USA) to have in Vitro fertilisation (IVF) with donor eggs and partner sperm. But for that we need to shrink the fibroid now. I come by you to know what is possible with your clinic.
