Expert Advice on Natural Fertility

If I have been wrong all this time I'm going to be upset!

I didn't think your egg quality could be improved after a certain age..and that they were just old eggs that have developed problems after being in your body for so long. If I'm 42 with low ovarian reserve I can make my ovaries make more stronger eggs by following a program? Changing my diet? Please let me know asap and I will be the next one to sign up.

Improving Poor Ovarian Quality Over 40
by: Maria Gioia Atzori

Hi Lisa,

Thank you for your question. This topic is a very hot topic in natural fertility because as far as alternative medicine is concerned, it is possible to improve poor egg quality even in women who are over 40 simply by using natural methods. The success rate depends on your level of health but most women at 42 can improve poor egg quality and get pregnant naturally.

"The truth about our eggs is a complex matter and scientists are still trying to understand how it works even if more and more evidence is suggesting that there is a lot a woman can do to improve her egg quality through life style changes, diet, supplements, herbs and homeopathy."

To learn more, please read my article about ways to restore poor egg quality.

Low Ovarian Reserve Kit

This article explains new scientific evidence that proves that female mammals can actually make new eggs throughout their entire life. It also talks about the important of life style changes, the dangers of synthetic hormones and the importance of eliminating toxins from your body in order to increase fertility and improve poor egg quality.

These 5 easy step are what women with poor egg quality can do in order to improve their situation naturally:

1. Cleanse the liver by following a Fertility Cleanse.

2. Take antioxidants and fertility foods specific for ovarian health.

3. Take herbal remedies like FetileXX that helps you balance the hormones.

4. Take homeopathic remedies to counteract the negative effects of birth control pill or synthetic hormones.

5. Follow a program like the Homeopathic Fertility Program that teaches all of this!

If you desire to get pregnant you can still achieve your goal. A little change can have very powerful positive effects on your fertility.

I hope this helps answering your question.

Fertility Blessings!
