Improving Sperm Quality

Are there natural ways to improve sperm quality? What changes in the diet would need to be made. Are there any particular herbs or supplements to take? Thanks you!

In order to improve sperm quality, it is important to avoid overheating the testicles by wearing loose underwear and by avoiding radio frequencies and electromagnetic radiation caused by cell phones and laptops.

Electromagnetic devises affect the DNA of our cells and especially those of germinal cells like eggs and sperm. I alwyas recommend anyone who is trying to conceive or that is suffering from infertility to keep cell phones (especially wifi) away from the body. It you really have to, keep your distance. But especially do not keep your cell phone on your body or in your pocket!

If you have a tablet or a laptop, keep it on a table not on your lap. Never use an Apple product when charging!

Radiation emitted by Wifi routers, wireless devices, and microwave ovens are the worst. Believe me, I had my home tested!

I know that you cannot completely eliminate these technology, but you can use it wisely by reducing exposure when not necessary and keep your distance.

Of course decrease or eliminate cigarette smoking and alcohol. For many years doctors are now warning pregnant women about alcohol and cigarette smoke during pregnancy. It also works while trying to conceive and for men, too!

In order to keep sperm healthy, it is important not to use female lubricants. These contain chemical spermicides. If you have to use lubricants use only pre-seed, which is the only one specifically designed for conception, any other type dries up female cervical mucus and affects sperm health.

To prevent female and male hormonal problems, get rid of plastic. The contaminant bisphenol-A (BPA), widely used to make many plastics found in food storage containers, can have long-term effects on fertility. Stop spraying your lawn with chemical pesticides, and avoid spraying bugs. These chemicals are known endocrine disruptors and affect both male and female fertility. Avoid them, when you can!

Most importantly, DO NOT MICROWAVE your food in plastic!

When selecting cleaning an dpersonal products, look for alternatives that are non-toxic. Also, avoid lead and mercury.

The diet is also very important. Learn more about the fertility diet. I recommend avoiding commercially raised meat, processed foods containing additives and preservatives, too much wheat and dairy. They make spermatic fluids sticky in men who are sensitive to them.

Fertility vitamins for men, like FertiAid for Men, are very important because they contains vitamins and minerals necessary for sperm health.

Adding specific fertility foods for men can also make a huge difference when it comes to sperm quality:

Bee Pollen

Bee pollen is a great natural, healthy, and highly nutritious food that is especially useful to increase sperm production. It also improves the quality of semen and support prostate health, but it may not be suitable for men who have pollen allergies.

Maca is wonderful super food has the ability to balance your hormones and increase sperm count.

This herb is used to support sperm quality, increase male libido and increase motility.

Other herbs specifically formulated for male fertility are Horny Goat weed, Eleutherococcus senticosis, Saw palmetto, Smilax ornata, Glycorrhyza glabra and Gotu kola.

Learn more about how fertility herbs for men can help male fertility and sperm quality. Herbal remedies help stimulate healthy sperm production, support male hormones and increase male sexual function.

What this results means?

Which one is better for this issue FertileXY or FertilAid for men?

Thanks a lot.

I did a fertility cleanse for 3 cycles and now im in a ovawise kit and fallopian kit.

Hi Jay,

The main issue with your husband's sperm is the 82% of severity amorphus sperm.

This type of sperm will not be able to fertilize the egg. It is very important to improve the quality and motility of the sperm by following a healthy diet and taking lots of antioxidants.

Your husband should also avoid overheating the genital area, avoid keeping the cell phone or laptop on his lap. He should always place any electromagnetic devices away from his body as much as possible.

FertileXY is a good remedy to support hormonal balance and to support the spermatic fluids.

When the quality of the sperm is more of an issue, the FertilAid products would be more useful.

Poor sperm morphology can be due to toxicity and lack of anti-oxidants. That's why it is always a good idea to take the Fertile Detox for a few months.

FertilAid detox can be takin in conjunction of other Fertilaid male fertility remedies like the Male Fertility Starter Pack, which contains all the remedies the body needs to improve sperm count, motility and morphology.

I hope this helps your husband's situation. Most men find improvements after regular use for at least 6 months.

Also make sure he follows a very healthy diet by integrating lots of fresh fruits and vegetables in the form of smoothies or juices. These have to be home made with fresh or organically grown produce if available.

Avoid all food additives, fast foods, foods cooked in a microwave, foods that have been deep fried and foods containing hydrogenated oil.

Many blessings!

More Results
by: Jay

Hi and thank you so much for your prompt answer. I'm very satisfied. I also have others results:

Progesterone 0.329 ng/ml,
FSH 3.13 mlu/ml,
LH 4.89 mlu/ml,
Prolactin 17.81 ng/ml,TSH 2.49 ulu/ml and Testosterone 264.7 ng/dl.

What do you think about all this levels? Are they all ok? If this are ok why do you think he has low testosterone? thanks, thanks and thanks.

Testosterone is the only hormone that is a bit low. It is not a lot though. I my opinion herbal remedies will be able to bring balance naturally within a number of months. Of course, make sure to double check with your doctor as every men is different depending on his medical hystory and current symptomatology.

Testosterone can also be lowered by stress and poor diet.

Avoid xenoestrogens as much as possible.
These chemicals are everywhere and affect male production of testosterone.

Check shampoos, shaving lotions, and creams.

Avoid tap water, drink purified water.

Do not spray your lawn with pesticides.

Avoid hormones in meat and dairy.

Avoid drinking more than one coffee a day and smoking of any kind.

Make sure you to follow the fertility diet and avoid unnecessary stress. When stress levels go up, the body favors cortisol production in place of testosterone in men and progesterone in women.
