Infertility and Spleen Imbalance

I'm ready for another IVF cycle with an egg donor - after nine failed cycles and gestational surrogacy which ended with no pregnancy with me and our surrogate miscariaging our embryo at six weeks. I have been told I may have an unbalance with my spleen resulting in low quality egg. To increase my chances of embryo implementation and viable pregnancies, is there any natural remedies to increase my chances to be pregnant and keep the baby? Thank you.
