Question:

I am a 23 yr old girl, 65 kg, my periods have been very irregular, for the past 3 months, my periods have completely stopped, I am unmarried and am a virgin. I take modus 10mg for 7days but still I don’t get my periods. Please suggest some solution to this problem.

Answer:

Hi Aliva,

Ask your doctor if you can take a break from taking Modus a use a more natural approach to your irregular periods as you are very young.

If a conventional approach is not helping you, consider using a more natural approach like Vitex agnus castus.

This herbal remedy has been used my alternative medical practitioners to bring on missed periods and to regulate the menstrual cycle in women of all ages. You cannot take Vitex if you are taking modus, or any other medication like fertility drugs, natural progesterone or birth control pill.

Talk to your doctor before taking any herbal remedies if you are on any medications or if you have a chronic condition.

Vitex helps you balance your hormones and it helps women with irregular periods, missed periods, polycystic ovaries and infertility.

Vitex is safe and can be taken for long periods of time without side effects. It will help re-establish regular menstrual cycles within 4-6 months of regular usage. Vitex should be taken all month long and stop once you get your periods.

Many Blessings!
