In the below mentioned recipe for the fertility juice. You mentioned two times the ingredients apples. But you also mentioned carrots in your explanation of having a good juicer. Can you please let me know what the correct recipe is? I am so looking forward to trying this recipe.

Juicing For Fertility

The following recipe is not a smoothie but a home made fresh juice that it will help increase your fertility if taken daily. Juicing is another healthy way to add minerals, vitamins and live enzymes to your diet by consuming whole raw foods.

Juicing is one of the best way to consume high quantity of raw vegetables, while smoothie better for fruit consumption.

You need a juicer that is very good at extracting the juice and does not produce a lot of leftover vegetable material. Also, one that does not overheat because is best in order to avoid damaging the nutrients content of vitamins and minerals and the bioactivity of enzymes.

Wash carefully the following fruits and vegetables, do not peat them if they are organically grown. Juice them by adding them one at the time into your juicer. If you have a good juicer you can put a whole small size apple and 3 or more carrots at the time. Do not add the ginger root last because it may not juice entirely.

4 apples
2 beets
1 cm long ginger root
4 carrots
4 celery stalks

After you run your ingredients through your juicer, drink right away!

Note:The amount you will produce will depend by the size of your fruits and vegetables. Make sure you make at least a 8 oz. glass per person.

You can really come up with many different types of juicing recipes that will help support your body and your fertility.

If you like juicing, I would encourage to experiment with different fruits and vegetables. Juicing is the best way to get minerals, vitamins, enzymes and phytonutrients into your diet.

Juicing For Fertility Guidelines:

1. Make sure to get organic fruits and vegetable as often as you can.

2. Make sure to wash them really well.

3. Make sure to peal non-organically grown fruits and vegetables before juicing.

4. Try to select produce that is firm and not too ripened.

5. Not all fruits and vegetable go together but you can definitely have a combination.

I like apples, pears, carrots, beets, celery, cantaloupe, greens like sported alfalfa, broccoli, cucumbers, tomatoes, peaches, apricots, red bell peppers, lemons.

The following are more juicing recipes that you can try:

Juice Recipe 1

2 apples
2 carrots
1 beet
1 celery stalk

Juice Recipe 2

1 pear
1 apple
1 red bell pepper
2 carrots

Juice Recipe 3

1/2 cantalope
1 large apple

1 cucumber
1 tomato
2 carrots
a bit of parsley
a bit of ground pepper
