I was reading about natural endometriosis treatment and was thinking to ask advise on my issue as I have been diagnosed with endometriosis 2 years ago and had surgery done then tried 2 IVF cycles but got cancelled as I had a low ovarian reserve so I gave up but now I want to try something different and was interested to know about your medicines to boost up my ovarian reserve and to increase my egg production and hope for the best.
I am 33years old female and healthy otherwise and with a normal cycle every month without any problems at all.
Please guide me and let me know how you can help me and what supplements I should get from you to try my luck without any side effects?
Hope to hear soon from you.
Endometriosis is a very complex condition to treat because the real cause if not fully understood.
There are many aspects of endometriosis that we do understand and that can be both prevented and treated naturally with different modalities like homeopathy, herbal medicine, diet, natural progesterone, massage, acupuncture, enzymatic therapy, and castor oil therapy.
Diet is a big one. What you eat is what you are both mentally and physically. In endometriosis a faulty diet can make things a lot worse.
So, try to avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, red meat, soy, wheat, eggs, hydrogenated oils, sugar and any kind of fast and junk food.
Also, avoid feminine products that are non organic. Use only
100% organic cotton pads and avoid internal tampon if you have endometriosis.
Do not drink tap water that can be contaminated with heavy metals and even prescription drugs like beta blocker and birth control pill.
Install a home purification system to be safe. I have one and I love it!
Avoid drinking water form plastic water because they can leach into your spring or purified water.
These contaminants are called xenoestrogens and mimic the action of natural estrogen in your body.
Most women with endometriosis tend to have higher than normal levels of estrogen because of this.
To help eliminate extra estrogen, besides avoid it in your diet and life style, consider doing a detox.
Toxicity also affects the quality of your eggs. High levels of toxicity affect hormonal balance and poor hormonal balance inhibits ovarian tissue to produce healthy follicles.
Toxicity can also make the egg's DNA mutate and carry genetic defects.
To prepare for healthy conception is important to:
1. Detox to eliminate access estrogen
2. Take lots of anti-oxidants to make healthy eggs
3. Support the immune system
4. Decrease inflammation caused by endometriosis
5. Decrease scar tissue caused by endometriosis.
To treat endometriosis and support higher quality eggs, I would recommend the following protocol:
1. One month of fertility cleansing Kit.
2. Follow the EndoWise Fertility Kit protocol for three months to treat endometriosis.
3. Take the supplements in the OvaWise Kit for three more months to help improve egg quality.
You can learn more about these kits here.
