Low Ovarian Reserve Treatment
by Tiana McLaren

Hi I was recently told I have one dominant follicle on my Left ovary and 14 follicles on my right which my GP tells me is poss POCS. My pathology results do not support or indicate this at all.
I went to get a referral to see a fertility expert as my husband and I have been trying for 8 months. I am 30 yrs old and have been on the pill since I was about 17. The second doctor said I am not typically a PCOS patient as I have not got facial hair, acne or any of the other symptoms that go hand in hand with PCOS.
He the referred me to get AMH test done this came back yesterday 3.7 the normal range apparently is (14-48). The results say anything <14 suggests low ovarian reserve but anything over 48> suggests PCOS is possible.
I am very upset and confused. I am seeing fertility spec tomorrow but wanted some advice and guidance today as I have had little sleep over this and am worried I am never going to have children.

At your age low ovarian reserve can be reversed through diet, vitamins, detox and herbal medicine. The best natural low ovarian reserve treatment advice I can give you is to learn more about the OvaWise Kit
. This kit contains all the natural supplements required
by the body to produce healthy eggs.
The number of women diagnosed with low ovarian reserve at a early age is constantly increasing and the causes are not completely known but in my opinion they are due to poor diet, lack of key fertility nutrients, stress and most importantly toxicity.
The water that you drink and the food that you eat, even the environment you live in contain xenoetrogens that are responsible for early puberty in young girls, early menopause, perimenopause symptoms, ovarian dysfunction in young women and erectile dysfunction in young men.
Unfortunately, scientists have been warning the medical community for years, but the mainstream medical establishment is not educating young medical doctor generations on these "new" conditions. The thing also is that there are no drugs available to treat these conditions and low ovarian reserve women are not good candidate for IVF treatments.
Most of them resort to a natural health approach and end up conceiving naturally.
By changing your life style, your diet and following a natural approach you and other women in your situation can reverse low ovarian reserve naturally.
You have to be willing to do the work and give your body enough time to reboot your ovarian functioning into perfect health. The time needed is at least 90 days of preparation before trying to conceive naturally or with IVF.
