f. Avoid gluten and dairy products as they contribute to making the spermatic fluids sticky and prevent sperms from swimming freely.

g. Increase exercise activity and decrease stress.

h. Avoid electromagnetic pollution from cell phones and laptops (do not keep them on your lap) as they can affect sperm motility and sperm development.

MY SA
by: brown

I carried out SA and this was the result volume 5, motility occasional immortile, but spermatozoa seen, count 0.1*10"5. Can FertiAid help me out of this? Before the test, I was diagnosed with staph aureas which has been treated.

Increasing Sperm Health

Adequate amount of sperm to achieve pregnancy is between 2-6 ml per ejaculate. The amount of sperm should be greater than 20 million per ml of ejaculate.

It is normal to have a low sperm count after infections, but it is very important to clear any underlying infection that can affect the production of the semen in order to conceive.

A fertility supplement like FertilAid for men is a great way to support the body in making healthy sperm cells. When the sperm count is really low and there was an previous infection, it will take some time. Consider 3-6 months.

Cleansing the liver is also recommended after taking antibiotic medication. Consider taking FertilAid for men in conjunction with SpermBoost and FertileDetox. FetileDetox helps eliminate any toxins left behind by medications and faulty diet that can affect sperm health.

Wait 4 months before doing another sperm analysis as it takes time to build a good supply of sperm after infection.

Many Blessings!
