My AMH Level is 1.1 what Can I Do?

by Randa

Hi Maria,

My AMH level is 1.1 what can I do?

Hi Randa,

I would recommend the following steps:

1. Follow the fertility cleanse for two months, do not try to conceive during this cleanse:

Doing the Fertility Cleanse helps your body eliminate toxins that impair ovarian tissue. Cleansing also helps eliminate excess bad estrogen that supresses ovulation.

2. After the cleanse follow the "Improve Egg Health Protocol for 3-4 months:

The Improve Egg Health Kit has been designed specifically for women who have poor ovarian reserves and whose egg quality is diminished.

3. Do self-fertility massage at the same time:

The Fertility Massage DVD will teach you how to perform massage to the reproductive organs in order to stimulate blood flow to this area and increase reproductive health. You will also learn how to do Castor oil pack, use acupressure points and reflexology to support the ovaries in making healthy eggs again.

Before re-testing consider that it will take your body 4 months to see improvement. If you can add weekly acupuncture treatments to support your body, it will speed up the process.

Also make sure to follow a healthy diet. Adding a daily Fertility Smoothie to your diet is a great way to make sure you are taking lots of antioxidants and fertility foods that continue to support your ovaries:
