(Moss vale nsw australia)

Hi, I am 25 yrs old and my husband is 29 we both have had every test we possibly need to falling pregnant and the test came back clear which is good news, but I have been on Clomid for 6 rounds now and still can’t get pregnant we have been trying for over 2yrs now and still nothing. I just want to know if there is anything else I could try because Clomid seems not to be working. Thank you for all your help I really appreciate it.

Kind regards

Hi Melissa,

Consider switching a natural approach for now as long term use of Clomid is not recommended because it can create ovarian tissue to become hyper-stimulated. Your ovaries may need a rest.

Begin by following the fertility cleanse protocol for 2 month and do self-fertility massage regularly.

This is the best way to prepare for pregnancy. Cleansing helps your body eliminate toxins that can affect ovarian function and self-fertility massage increase blood flow to the reproductive organs including the ovaries to stimulate healthy ovulatory cycles.

Make sure you eat healthy and try to avoid stress.
Follow these dietary guidelines and drink a fertility smoothie each day. The fertility smoothie is the best way to make sure your body has all the necessary fertility foods that support healthy egg formation.

Also, chart your cycle. If you notice that you have irregular periods, consider herbal remedies like Vitex.

Vitex is in natural medicine considered the “natural” version of Clomid as it has been shown to stimulate the body’s ability to regulate ovulatory cycles.

Do not take Vitex and Clomid at the same time as they interact each other. Talk to your before taking any natural remedies if you are on any prescription medication.
