How to Select The Gender Of Your Baby

Sperms survive in the female reproductive tract as a result of the presence of fertile cervical mucus.

In order to get pregnant with a girl, you need to follow diet that is rich in calcium and magnesium, while in order to get pregnant with a boy, you need to follow a diet rich in sodium and potassium.
These tissue elements increase the mucus production and affect its pH.
While conceiving a boy, eat higher amounts of red meat and fruits like bananas and while conceiving a girl, eat higher amounts of dairy products, grapefruits, leafy green vegetables, broccoli, apples, and fish.
Natural Gender Selection and Timing Intercourse
Another important aspect of natural gender selection is the timing of intercourse during your menstrual cycle.
The sperm carrying the Y chromosome do not live as long as the one carrying the X chromosome, so they need to reach the egg as soon as possible.
If you want to conceive a baby boy, you need to have intercourse as close as possible to ovulation because you want the Y sperm to fertilize the egg when they are still viable and capable of swimming fast.
On the other hand, if you want to conceive a baby girl you need to have intercourse as far away as possible from ovulation giving enough time for the male sperm to die off.
It takes longer for the X sperm to reach the egg and you need to give it enough time to reach the egg and should time intercourse 3 days before ovulation or right after.
Natural Gender Selection and Positions During Sex
You may not be aware of this, but the sexual position you choose during sex can affect the natural gender selection of your baby.
This is based on the difference between the two types of sperm, once again.
The Y sperm, carrying the male gender of your future baby, need to reach the egg as quickly as possible because they live less longer, but can swim faster than the X sperm.
If you want to get pregnant with a boy, your partner needs to release the sperm as close as possible to the cervix by using a position that allows for deeper penetration.
If you want to get pregnant with a girl you need to create the conditions so that the Y sperm will take longer to reach the egg and most likely die off before reaching their target.
This is base on the scientific observation that male sperm is weaker and not has hardy as female sperm.
In this case you should adopt a position during sex that will favor the X sperm over the Y sperm.
In this case you will require to use a position where shallow penetration is achieved.
Natural Gender Selction and Orgasm
Interestingly enough, the chances of conceiving a boy are higher if a woman orgasms before her male partner does.
This is because vaginal secretions that occur during orgasm shift to a more alkaline range of the pH scale.
Thus allowing the Y sperm the be in a perfect environmental condition that favors its survival and travel through the cervix reaching the egg faster.
On the other hand, if you are trying for a girl, you should not orgasm because before orgasm the environment in the vagina and cervix is acidic, perfect for sperm carrying the X chromosome.
