No periods after Failed IVF
Hi, My name is Sophia and I am 40 years old. I have two children already from my 1st ex-husband and I am trying for another child with my 2nd partner. I have been trying through IVF for 2 years without success my FSH and LH were normal before I started going for treatment for IVF and since this year after the treatment ended my FSH has risen to 84.0 iu/L and LH 88.8 iu/L and my last period was in Jan 29th 2010 and I am also having hot flushes and night sweats my GP says I'm pre menopausal.
I just want to know how I can bring back my period and reduce my LH level so I can become pregnant.
It is very likely that the IVF cycles and the fertility drugs are the cause of your amenorrhea (no periods). Infertility treatments use very powerful drugs that may create great imbalance in your hormnal system. In order to reset your system you need to detox and eliminate the excess synthetic hormones.
Herbal remedis can help you to detox your liver and rebalance your hormones.
Also a good herbal remedy that helps re-establish the mentrual cycle and increases fertility is Vitex Agnus-Castus.
Another great herb is Motherwort because it regulates the function of the thyroid, liver, heart and uterus. It also decreases hot flashes.
Used regularly, motherwort calms the nerves, and relieves anxiety.

There are three important steps:
1. Cleansing by doing a detox and following a healthy diet.
2. Building by helping your hormonal system to gain balance back.
3. Stimulating by assisting your body to produce healthy eggs again. This can be done also by eating fertility foods like Royal Jelly, Acai Berry, Wheat Grass, CoQ10, L-Arginine, and Chlorella.
It is often an untold truth by many fertility doctors, but the round of fertility drugs causes a woman like yourself, who had perfect hormonal balance to slip into per-menopause as a result of fertility treatments.
The good news is that you can bring balance back into place. I do recommend learning more about FertileXX
, which is a herbal formula specifically designed to increase female fertility. It contains Vitex and other herbs that together create regular menstrual cycles and hormonal balance.
