Oligospermia is related to low sperm count while asthenosperia to loss or reduction of sperm motility.

In my opinion poor sperm count and low sperm motility is caused by toxicity, lack of vitamins and minerals in the diet, stress, and oxidative damage from free-radicals due to environmental pollution.

A natural approach to this situation may take a number of months as the body needs approximately 3-4 months to produce new sperm cells.
The best way to start is by eliminating toxins in the body that affect not only testosterone production, but sperm formation.

Life style changes include, following a healthy diet rich in fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid gluten and dairy as they prevent sperm motility and contribute to making sticky seminal fluids.
It is important to follow a diet that is alkaline. Alkaline is the pH of your blood and your body fluids especially the spermatic fluids that support and nourish the sperm.

Magnesium and calcium help increase your body pH.

Also it is important to take anti-oxidants like selenium, zinc, CoQ10, Vitamin C and natural vitamin E.

I would recommend drinking a fertility smoothie every day to help increase the alkalinity in your body.

Also, make sure to avoid tight underwear and sports that prevent blood circulation to the reproductive organs.

Avoid electromagnetic pollution from cell phone (do keep your cell phone away from your body).
If you use a laptop, place it on a table not on your lap.

Avoid hot saunas and hot baths.

Decrease stress and a stressful life style.
