Pcod and Uterine Polyps

Hi, I am 29 yrs old and married for one and half year, i was diagnosed with pcos last year and they put me on proyluton, i stopped taking it this august, i didn't get my period in Sept but got it in October which lasted 21 days with heavy bleeding. After this i had a vaginal ultrasound and they found that I had 3 polyps almost 1cm each in size along with pcos. I am having a polypectomy done this coming Sunday. Can you please tell me what homeopathic remedies I should take later to cure my pcod and help me conceive and keep polyps at bay. I would greatly appreciate it.
