1. Sit comfortably on a chair with your back straight or lie on your bed if you like.

2. Gently close your eyes.

3. In your mind's eye see a white light approaching you.

4. Pay attention to your breathing and make sure it is slow and steady.

5. Breathe with your abdominal muscles.

6. In your mind's eye see and feel this white light as it come closer and closer to you.

7. With your next inhale, breathe in the white light and allow it to slowly enter you body.

8. With your next exhale push the white light toward you belly.

9. With you next sets of inhale and exhale continue this process until the light completely removes and cleanses all the stale energy you had locked up in your body but especially in your pelvic and abdominal area.

10. This may take some time at first. In your mind's eye see and feel yourself as completely cleansed and relaxed.


Healing with Emerald Green Light Meditation

Emerald green light has healing properties and should be used to bring healing to those areas of your body that need repairing, renewal, and rejuvenation. Using this easy to learn relaxation breathing technique you will be able to draw healing light to you body, boosting energy, and release tension.

1. Sit comfortably on a chair with your back straight or lie on your bed if you prefer.

2. Gently close your eyes.

3. In your mind's eye see an emerald green light approaching you.

4. Pay attention to you breathing and make sure it is slow and steady.

5. Breathe with your abdominal muscles.

6. Allow this emerald green light to fill your heart area and from there allow it, through your breathing, to move to the area near your reproductive organs.

7. Imagine this emerald green light bringing healing to you.

8. Allow this light to move around your body and allow it to go where it is needed the most.

9. See the light entering your blood vessels through your health and bring healing to every cell in your body that needs healing and repair.

10. See the light moving to your liver, pancreas and spleen and bring cleansing and hormonal balance.

11. See the light entering your ovaries and bring soothing, healing energy to every follicular structure in your ovary that is preparing for ovulation.

12. See the light moving through the fallopian tubes and heal any obstruction that might be present.

13. See the light move to the uterus and bring cleansing and healing to the endometrial lining.

14. See the light exiting through the vagina into the earth.

15. Take a few last deep breaths as you bring love and appreciation to yourself for having taken this time to take care of yourself.

16. Slowly open your eyes.

Revitalize your Reproductive Organs with the Orange Light Meditation

Orange light is stimulating and revitalizing. Most of all, it brings joy and happiness. It is related to reproduction and creativity. Relaxation breathing allows you to draw orange light to you helping restore your vitality, enthusiasm, confidence, optimism, and inner strength.

1. Sit comfortably on a chair with your back straight or lie on your bed if you prefer.

2. Gently close your eyes.

3. In your mind's eye see a bright orange light approaching you.

4. Pay attention to you relaxation breathing and make sure it is slow and steady.

5. Breathe with your abdominal muscles.

6. As you breathe in this light, move it toward your pelvic area and allow the bright orange light to concentrate in and around your reproductive organs.

7. With your mind's eye see the light surround your entire body.

8. Ask this light to increase your creative and reproductive powers. Imagine the light bringing you fertility.

9. As you feel completely relaxed, allow the light to bring you a deep sense of completion and joy.

10. Feel completely re-energized and happy.

11. Stay in this state as long as you can. You will notice that it will take some time and practice to experience a deep feeling of serenity and joy, but it will come.

The Pink Light Meditation

I love this meditation because I love the color pink which is the color of motherly love and it always brings me a sense of loving care. Through relaxation breathing you will be able to re-balancing your solar plexus, dissolve fears and anxiety bringing you a sense of well-being.

1. Sit comfortably on a chair with your back straight or lie on your bed if you prefer.

2. Gently close your eyes.

3. In your mind's eye see a soft pink light gently approaching you.

4. Pay attention to you breathing and make sure it is slow and steady.

5. Breathe with your abdominal muscles. Use relaxation breathing here to reach a deep state of peace.

6. As you breathe in this soft pink light, allow it to enter your heart and chest area.

7. Allow the light to completely envelop you as if you were inside a cocoon of loving pink light.

8. Feel loved, secure, guided and protected and most of all feel relaxed.

9. Breathe gently the soft pink light and allow it to permeate every cell and every organ within your body and bring you love, care and a peaceful sense of calmness.

10. Ask the light to help you manifest your feminine and motherly energies into reality.

11. Imagine the light bringing life and fertility to you.

12. In your mind's eye see yourself holding a beautiful healthy baby.

13. Thank the light for bringing you hope and love.

14. As the soft pink light leaves your body, feel the renewed hope for fertility energy that it has brought to your consciousness and consciously choose to manifest this energy into your life.

15. Slowly open your eyes when you are ready to end this meditation.


Morning and Evening Meditation for Conception

This meditation is so easy, jet very powerful in bringing you a deep sense of calmness. Relaxation breathing helps you create inner peace, strength and confidence through the day and relaxation for a good night sleep at night.

1. Sit in a comfortable position. You can be in bed as you practice this meditation just before you get up in the morning and just before you fall asleep at night.

2. Take a few deep breaths in and out allowing your belly to expand and contract as you inhale and then exhale.

3. Your relaxation breathing should be slow enough that you can count to about seven on each inhale and then seven on each exhale.

4. Count: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 up and then 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 down.

5. Continue these cycles of breathing for at least 8 times.

6. Allow your body to completely relax and close your eyes.

7. If you notice any area of tension, focus on that area of your body more closely by breathing right into it.

8. Sink into this state of calm and relaxation as you go deeper and deeper into it.

9. Gently open your eyes if you are waking up in the morning or keep your eyes closed if you are falling asleep at night.
