Removal of Uterine Fibroids & Hydrotubation

I recently had 2 fibroids removed from my uterus, 6cm & 3cm, my Physician also tried hydrtubation, a method he used to try to unblock my fallopian tubes, however, it did not work. I turned 53 only 2 months ago, we are thinking of IVF. Would you have any other suggestions?
