Timing Intercourse At Ovulation
I am 35 and my partner 46. My cycle is 30-32 days on an average. I am ovulating tomorrow as i have EWCS today(January 7) and we have sex on January 4 & 5. Is there any chance of conceiving? Should we do sex again tomorrow?Answer:
Actually you should have sex today if you can! Having sex on the day of ovulation is a bit of a hit and miss.
To increase your chances of conception it is best to have sex the day before ovulation.
To get pregnant, you need to have sex before you ovulate, with the two to three days prior to ovulation being your most fertile days.
Also, the quality of your cervical mucus
is very important to ensure that by having sex the day before ovulation, lots of healthy sperm will be present in your reproductive tract ready to fertilize the egg once the egg is released.
