Treating Uterine Fibroid Naturally

by Mary Mensah
(Gambia W/Africa)

Can uterine fibroids be treated naturally? I need help urgently. I am 42 years. For the past 8 years I have been suffering from uterine fibroids.

They seem to be getting bigger and with a lot of pain cramps, heavy bleeding, low blood, etc.

I don't want to go under surgery. I have a friend who did her surgery six years ago and the growth has come back even faster. The size of my fibroids is 5cm 4cm and 5.2cm

I would be very grateful if I can be helped.

Thank
Mary

Answer: Treating Uterine Fibroids Naturally

When treating uterine fibroids naturally is very important to understand the causes in order to prevent more fibroids to come and in order to make sure that the cause of fibroids has been addressed. Simply removing fibroids is not always the solution (unless the fibroid is growing and getting too big).

Even if a increasing percentage of women is suffering from uterine fibroids, doctors are not completely sure of what causes their development and growth. What it is known, in the medical field, is that high estrogen levels associated with a condition called "estrogen dominance" may be directly connected to fibroids and endometriosis growth

"According to John Lee, M.D., leading expert in natural progesterone supplementation, uterine fibroid tumors ( myomas ), are produced by too much estrogen in the body."

During a woman's menstrual cycle, female hormones estrogen and progesterone levels fluctuate in order to stimulate ovulation and prepare the endometrium for conception. Medical doctors have noticed that after menopause, fibroids stop growing and begin to shrink because estrogen and progesterone levels decrease.

In pre menopausal women the formation of fibroids is due to unbalanced levels of estrogen and progesterone.

Need For Treatment

The size the fibroids does not necessary correspond to the degree of severity and the intensity of the symptoms. For instance, a small fibroid (less than 3 cm) can cause more problems if it is located inside of the cavity of the uterus. A large fibroid (7 cm) may not cause as much pain and bleeding if its located outside the uterus. What determines the need for surgery is not only the size, but also the number of fibroids and the location within the uterus. If you are experiencing symptoms of anemia, bleeding a pain, it is important to follow a natural course of treatment if you want to prevent surgery.

If you are looking for a natural solution to fibroids, I recommend The FibroWise Remedy Kit Program. This program is designed to support the body in shrinking uterine fibroids naturally by balancing the hormones. The herbs and supplements in this program support the reproductive organs and have an affinity for the uterus, thus stopping fibroid growth and reducing existing fibroids.

Herbal and natural treatments for fibroids have many benefits for women who are trying to conceive:

1. Herbal remedies assists the body to create hormonal balance naturally, thus stimulating healthy ovulation.

2. Herbal remedies have been used for centuries to dissolve existing fibroids growths, thus preparing the uterus for pregnancy.

3. Herbal remedies assists the liver in eliminating excess estrogen, thus inhibiting fibroid growth.

4. Herbal remedies reduce inflammation, pain and swelling caused by fibroids, thus relieving most fibroids painful symptoms like severe cramps and flooding.

Therapies Included In This Program:

Step 1: Natural Progesterone Supplementation Therapy

Dr Lee did extensive research in this field. His pioneer work has introduced this form of natural treatment to fibroids and other gynaecological conditions to thousands of women all around the world. He suggests the application of 40 mg of natural progesterone cream to help shrink fibroids. This therapy is effective when carried out for at least 3 months.

The application on the skin (arms, neck, etc.) of natural progesterone cream show be done on days 14 - 28 of the cycle. Remember that day 1 of your menstrual cycle is the first day of your period. If you have days with spotting at the end of your period, these days belong to the previous cycle. Start counting day 1 when you have a normal blood flow not spotting.

What makes this type of therapy so popular among women and alternative medical practitioners is that natural progesterone is safe to take because it's the same molecule produced by the human body. While synthetic progestins, present in common birth control pills are dangerous to your body, natural progesterone cream is very safe and effective.

Step 2: DIM Supplementation

DIM stands for Diindolylmethane, which is a phytonutrient found in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, kale, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, etc. DIM has been shown by scientists to have anti-cancer and anti-aging properties.

It reduces the symptoms of estrogen dominance by regulating the menstrual cycle and by creating hormonal balance. Helps with hormonal imbalance cased by hormonal disruptors like xenoestrogens present in your food, in polluted environments and in polluted unfiltered water like tap water.
In order to have the equivalent of 10-30 mg of DIM a day, you would need to eat 1 and 1/2 pound broccoli. So taking it in supplement form makes so much easier.

DIM helps the body metabolize and get rid of bad estrogen helping the body cleanse itself from harmful estrogen levels that cause fibroid growth. After taking DIM fibroid shrink and dissolve by themselves. A study published in the journal of epidemiology demonstrated how DIM has anti-estrogenic effect and can be safely used to prevent and treat breast tumors (2000 Nov;11(6):635-40). This plant compound boosts the immune system by increasing T-Cell counts, preventing tumor formation and by protecting against viral infections.

Step 3. Herbal Therapy For Women
The herbal remedy blend present in this program is called women's best friend. They work together to decrease pain and swelling caused from fibroids. They help soothe and repair the uterus to clear congested endometrial tissue and preventing abnormal uterine bleeding. These herbs have many properties like stimulating liver detoxification.

Step 4. Fertility Cleanse

Every women who has fibroids needs to do a fertility cleanse. This is very important in attaining hormonal balance a permanent results. The fertility cleanse kit should be part of this program to help clear out any toxins that cause hormonal dysfunction and to nourish the uterus. Detoxing in known to increase fertility by detoxifying the liver, cleansing the uterus and increases circulation to the uterus.

These are the main benefits of doing a fertility cleanse:

1. Help the liver rid itself from harmful toxins and excess hormones. This is very important to women who have been on birth control pill previously in their life and who have been given fertility drugs.

2. Help the uterus get rid of clots, debris and old stagnant blood. This is so important in women who have fibroids and endometriosis. If the contents of the uterus are not completely emptied at every cycle, old stagnant blood remains casing fibroid tissue and inflammation.

3. Help the body reduce inflammation, especially in the uterus and reproductive organs.
There are many toxins in the liver uterus sand fatty tissue of the body that can accumulate over the years. There are specific herbs in the fertility cleanse that help the liver to get rid of excess hormones and toxins.

By using herbs, nutrients and minerals you will support the uterus to work properly. In fact, not a lot of women know that if during your menses the lining of the uterus sis not completely shed you will have the following symptoms:

-PMS
-Crams during periods
-Dark blood and spotting
-Blood clots
-Scanty menses

This cleanse will increase blood circulation to the uterus to help dissolve cysts and adhesions.

It comes in a DVD format designed by certified Massage Therapist, Hethir Rodriguez, to teach you how to increase blood flow to the uterus, apply castor oil packs to treat fibroids, specific reflexology techniques, and much more.

For best results this program should be used as directed for a minimum of 3 months.

Vitamins and Minerals for Fibroids
by: Maria Gioia Atzori

High levels of estrogen can be the cause of uterine fibroids growth and development. Hi levels of estrogen can be associated with low vitamin B6 and B12. Vitamin B complex deficiency affects the liver. This organs is responsible for hormone metabolism and keeping hormonal levels in balance.
Also low levels of Vitamin C, E and Selenium are associated with high estrogen levels.
I personally believe more and more that Magnesium deficiency the a major contributing factor especially when lots of symptoms of pain and cramps as present. Supplementing with magnesium is very important. But supplementing with the correct type of magnesium is vital. One of the best form of magnesium is atomic, Armstrong size liquid Magnesium. All minerals are better absorbed when taken in this fashion. Here is where you can get ionic minerals.
