Hi my name is Adriana Guillen and I'm writing, these few words to you to see if I can have some advise. I am 24 years old I got married when I was 16 and I have been having trouble with my menstrual period since I was 18. I have been trying to get pregnant but I can't and I am so desperate because I want a baby.

I was reading your info that is very interesting I would like to see if you have something that can help me so I can get pregnant.

Thanks

Hi Adriana,

There are many things you can do to improve your menstrual cycle. First you really need to know if you are ovulating every month and when you ovulate so that you can target love making according to your ovulation time. If your periods are either too long or too short, your ovulation time may be off. It is possible that your hormones need balancing. In order to get pregnant you also need to make lots of healthy cervical mucus. Having lots of cervical mucus keels the sperm healthy and facilitates conception.

In order to know more about your cycle, you should chart your cycle. To get started, download my FREE Guide to Fertility Charting and Natural Conception.

The next step would be to make sure you are following a healthy diet and supplementing with fertility vitamins.

Taking vitamins is the first step in ensuring a regular cycle. Most women are not ware that their diet may be missing important key fertility nutrients. In most cases supplementing for 2-3 months helps establish regular ovulation cycles.

This is especially true for couples who have been diagnosed with unexplained infertility and for couples who have no underlining fertility issues and have been trying to conceive for many months, or even years with no results.

Herbal remedies also known to help women ovulate regularly and balance female hormones. Fertility herbal teas like FertiliTea are a great way to support healthy conception, especially when taken in combination with fertility vitamins for women. These are not regular fertility vitamins, they are a well formulated formula that contains all the vitamins your need and the herbs known to stimulate and support conception.

If you want to increase your chances of conception, I would recommend trying these fertility products. Most women, notice that within one or two cycles, their menstrual cycles become more and more regular and are able to conceive in considerably less time.

Fertility Blessings!
