Undecended Testis, and No Sperm In Semen

We are married 8 year before.Before marriage my husband was operated for undescended testis. There is not in scrotal sack, but we are feel little bit sperm is not in semen. Can we treated to increase his sperm in semen? This is my Question. How long we have to take treatment for this. Now he is 36 yr and i am 33 yr old.

If there is no semen being produced, the only type of treatment is sperm donor and IUI or IVF.
