Uterine Fibroids Are Back

I am 34yrs had a surgery last year to remove multifibroids. By this year fibroids are back again. I have been told to go a surgery again as thats the only option. I started to use hoemeopathic medicines 2 months back. I don't have kids. Will homeopathic medicine work? Or I will have to go for surgery again? Please help. Will I be able to conceive?
