Vitamins To Get Pregnant: Are They Necessary?
I am 27 years old and I have been trying to get pregnant for one year with no results. I have a pretty good diet and I exercise 3 times a week. I love my job and I do not have a stressful life. My husband is 30 and we are crazy about organic food and we only eat out once or twice a week. We do not drink alcohol other than the occasional glass of wine and we never smoked. We like to hike and we do it in the weekends.
My question is, do we need to take fertility vitamins to get pregnant even if our diet is pretty healthy?

I will not answer questions on conventional fertility medications, medical test results or other. If you are taking any prescription drugs for fertility, talk to your doctor. With this website my job is to educate and support you in learning more about natural therapies that can help boost your fertility and prepare for a healthy pregnancy. Please do not submit medical tests or results. If you have questions on your fertility or medical results talk to your doctor. Those questions will not be answered. I receive a lot of submissions, so I may not be able to answer all.
