Expert Advice on Natural Fertility

What is DIM and what does it Do for Women?

My girlfriend told me that she is taking DIM for her PCOS. I also suffer from polycystic ovary and have have been taking Clomid for two months, but my follicles are still small and not good for IVF, so we may have to go for an egg donor. I have been struggling with this for 4 years and I am 30 years old. I am now looking into other solutions, a more natural way to get pregnant.
Can you please explain what DIM is and where I can find a good one?

by: Maria Gioia Atzori

DIM supplement is Diindolylmethane is a phytonutrient found in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, kale, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, etc. DIM is an anti-cancer and anti-aging nutrient. It also helps relieve PMS symptoms, regulate the menstrual cycle by lowering the bad excess estrogen.

Estrogen is a major cause fertility issues in women, such as PCOS, endometriosis, ovarian cysts. Excess estrogen causes a condition that is called estrogen dominance.

To learn more about this topic, read my article on Xenoestrogen.

DIM can help lower excess estrogen helping the body to eliminated it and re-establish hormonal balance in condition like anovulatory cycles, recurrent miscarriages, heavy bleeding due to fibroids, endometriosis, fibrocystic breast, menstrual pain and ovarian cysts.

The PCOS Kit from NaturalFertilityShop, contains all the key supplements necessary for naturally treating PCOS.
It contains herbs and supplements, including DIM, that supports the body in maintaining a hormonal balance related to the formation of ovarian cysts and PCOS condition.

Also, women who have been taking fertility drugs like Clomid may require a fertility cleanse in order to give the body a fresh start and reset natural fertility. Read my article on to learn more.

So, pretty much I guess that if I go back to drinking raw vegetable juice like I did in my early 20s when I was healthier, thinner and not diagnosed with PCOS I should be fine.
Thanks :)
But I guess for those who haven't been humbled enough yet and won't even drink V8 nor stop eating fast food this should be a good way to help them.

I Took DIM!

I have been taking DIM for 4 months now as part of the PCOS Fertility Kit and I feel SOOOO much better!

I sleep better, my cycles are more regular, I am not moody anymore AND most importantly I just found out that I am pregnant!
