Increasing Fertility After Miscarriage
by: Maria Gioia Atzori

It is important to talk to your doctor and consider your specific case, but generally, from a natural health point of view, it is recommended to wait 3-4 months and use this time to detoxify and nourish the reproductive organs through diet, fertility yoga and fertility vitamins.

Having a miscarriage is a very stressful event, but it normally will not affect your ability to conceive in the future and have a healthy pregnancy and baby.

I think that homeopathic medicine is the best way to go when a woman needs physical and emotional balance after loosing a pregnancy. Find a good homeopath in your area to help you.

There are also many things you can do to ensure increased fertility.

I think that many women need to do a good fertility cleanse after miscarring in order to allow the body to produce healthy homrones and eliminate toxins that can affect baby development in the future. Keeping your body detoxified will also prevent miscarriages and make pregnancy after miscarriage easier.

The following article shows you important steps that will help you conceive and have a healthy pregnancy.

All the best!
