why can't I get pregnant

My name is Elin I am 25 years of old, I dont have any kids yet. I was on the depo shot for 3 years on and off. It has being a year and 2 months now that I am trying to get pregnant and I can't. Last week I took the (amh)Anti-Müllerian hormone test and the results came back as 1.2 and it said refrence range 0.0-6.9. what does it mean, my results were very low, is it bad, please help im really scared and I dont have insurance,or extra money to go to a fertility clinic.

Anti-Müllerian Hormone Test Results

An AMH level of 1.2 is on the low side. The Anti-Müllerian Hormone Test result is considered to be low when less than 2. It simply means that your ovaries will not respond well to stimulation and that your ovarian reserve is diminiscing. In order to be successful for fertility treatment women need to be able to produce a certain number of follicles. The higher the number the more sucessful the treatment.
If you are trying to conceiv enaturally, it is not as critical because you do not need to produce a high number of eggs each month, you only need one.
