Chance Of Conceiving

My last period was 11-16-11 my cycle is 28,29 days long lasted 4 days All the calendars I checked showed high fertile days the 29,30 I had sex both days what is my chance of being pregnant. My fertile days were from Nov 28 To Dec 1.

Your chances of getting pregnant are high but there are some considerations that need to be made when trying to conceive:

In order to conceive you needs to.

1. have lots of fertile cervical mucus. This looks like egg white and it stretchy and very fluid and lubricate. It is very similar to male spermatic fluids. The role of the cervical mucus is to keep the sperm fertile within your reproductive tract while the egg is ready to be released.

2. Have sex 24-48 hours before ovulation. Never have intercourse after ovulation as the egg can be too old and this may lead to miscarriage.
In order to conceive each month you have approximately 25-35% chance of conceiving even if you have done everything right.

7 Tips To Get Pregnant Faster

1. Get To Know Your Unique Ovulation Pattern

The more you know about your menstrual cycle, the easier it will be for you to pinpoint your most fertile days. To learn more about charting your menstrual cycle, download my FREE Guide To Fertility Charting And Natural Conception.

2. Target Love Making

You are most fertile during the five days leading up to ovulation. In order to conceive you must have sex 24-48 hours before the egg is released. So make sure not to miss this opportunity. If you are really desperate and want to conceive, I recommend purchasing a fertility Monitor. I love Ovacue and I recommend to everyone who wants to know well in advance when ovulation is approaching. Ovacue is great for women with irregular periods and PCOS. In my opinion it can cut the time you need to conceive in half as you will never miss your chance each month. Ovacue will let you know as early as 7 days when you are about to ovulate.

3. Have Great Sex!

Most couples who have been trying to conceive for a while get bored of the process and forget to have fun. Don't make the same mistake. Researchers
have found achieves orgasm causes the cervix to draw sperm into the vagina more powerfully. This seems to prevent the sperm from staying too long in the more acidic vaginal environment for a long time. The acidity of the vagina kills the sperm.

4. Use Pre-Seed

If you need to use a vaginal lubricant, make sure to use pre-seed. This is the only vaginal lubricant specifically designed for couples who are trying to conceive. Did you know that the stress of trying to conceive can lead to increased vaginal dryness during intimacy? Clinical studies have shown that other lubricants (even those that are “non-spermicidal”) can damage sperm and should be avoided when trying to conceive.
Pre-Seed is isotonic, to balance the fertile fluids in order not to harm the sperm.

Also, avoid vaginal sprays, scented tampons and artificial lubricants, all of which may interfere with your vaginal mucus.

5. Stay In Bed After Sex

It is recommended to remain in bed in a horizontal position for at least 10-20 minutes after sex. This prevents the sperm from leaking out of your vagina too quickly.

Studies have shown that it takes normal, fertile couples an average of 6 months to conceive and most doctors consider anything up to one year to be well within the range of normal. If you have been on birth control pill, it may take up to 15-18 months to get pregnant.

6. Detox Before Conception

Most people diet and life style habit create toxicity over the years. If you have been taking prescription and over-the-counter drugs, have had dental fillings, life in a highly polluted area, have eaten processed foods, consumed coffee, alcohol and smoked, you are at risk of lowered fertility due to toxicity in your body. In men toxicity can cause low sperm count and poor sperm motility. In women, toxins can cause irregular cycles, PMS, endometriosis, fibroids, blocked fallopian tubes, etc.

It is a very good idea to detox before getting pregnant.

7. Take Fertility Vitamins

Lacking specific fertility vitamins can cause birth defects, poor egg and sperm quality. Both male and female partners should take fertility vitamins before conceiving and while trying to conceive. Taking special vitamins that contain vitamins, fertility herbs and minerals can fast track your changes of conceiving.
