Conceiving After Miscarriage
by Riya
(India)
I'm Riya, 26 yr old obese female. After trying for a year I was able to conceive naturally but it ended in miscarriage. My gyn advised to wait for 6 months before planning again.
My cycles are quite regular, but previous month I skipped my periods and had 3 hpt test all negative. Does this means that something is wrong with me or my husband?
I had an ultrasound a year back & was not diagnosed with any problem. Should my husband be tested?
Answer:Hi Riya,
I don’t think that there is anything wrong with you, but you really should ask your doctor this question. Taking a few months (at least 4) to prepare for pregnancy is a good idea after a miscarriage.
I would recommend taking fertility vitamins and doing a fertility detox. When trying to conceive you want to ensure that your eggs are healthy and that your uterus will support a pregnancy to term.
I would recommend
FertilAid vitamins for women with
FetileDetox to prepare for pregnancy.
You can take these supplements even while trying to conceive.
FertileDetox is a safe non-prescription formula containing herbal remedies that stimulate the release of harmful substances that if present during conception and pregnancy can cause ovulation
problems, hormonal imbalance and even miscarriage.
Detoxing before getting pregnant is very important in supporting the liver eliminate toxins.
This formula contains herbal remedies, probiotics, vitamins, and fiber to stimulate and support liver and bowel detoxification.
Vitamins like Vitamin B6, vitamin B12, and folic acid are especially important in this formula because are lipotropic agents, which promote fat metabolism and have a decongesting effect on the liver helping those who have excess weight.
It would be a good idea for your husband to be tested, just to make sure his sperm is OK. Your husband can take fertility vitamins for men to support healthy sperm production.
If he is shy about the test, I would recommend beginning with a home sperm test, which will tell you if the sperm count is high enough. This test is not the same as regular lab sperm analysis, but gives a pretty good indication on the level of sperm count and if further testing may be required.
When a men has low sperm or poor motility count adding
MotilityBoost to his regular fertility vitamins will improve the situation within 3-6 months depending on the severity of the sperm problem.
